CoreStaff Co.,Ltd. only sells products that meet the strict quality standards of our "Analysis Center", a facility specializing in testing items from our inventory

Products procured from sources outside authorized channels carry the risk of being counterfeit or deteriorating over time

At CoreStaff, we have a wide range of equipment, including transmission X-rays, fluorescent X-rays, microscopes, and even curve tracers that can perform IV characteristic inspections.
We also have IC package opening equipment, so we can also inspect the internal chips in-house.

All products purchased from CoreStaff ONLINE come with a one-year warranty.

Products purchased from CoreStaff ONLINE are guaranteed to be of high quality by CoreStaff Co.,Ltd., the operating company.
In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with the product you purchased, we will arrange for a replacement part or process a refund.
If you request it, we will perform a "defect analysis"* of the affected product free of charge and submit a report.
Please consult with our sales staff for details.

In this case, the analysis will involve four items: (1) visual inspection, (2) X-ray inspection, (3) I-V inspection, and (4) open inspection.
However, depending on the product type, analysis may not be possible. In that case, we will only be able to arrange for replacement parts or provide a refund.
Alternatively, we will propose a different method of defect analysis (for a fee).
If a problem occurs, please contact us by email or in writing with details of the phenomenon or symptoms that are occurring.
Please note that we cannot accept returns simply because the manufacturer cannot confirm the shipping history.

If the analysis shows that there is no abnormality in the product or if the failure is due to the customer's usage environment, we may charge you for the cost of the analysis. Please make sure to distinguish between good and defective products before placing your order.
Some items are not eligible for return.

Supplier ranks C-1 and C-2 are guaranteed for 365 days if they can provide samples of good quality and pass the inspection by an external inspection agency, and if they do not have samples of good quality or do not conduct an inspection by an external inspection agency, the supplier guarantees. According to the period.
This warranty is for end users only. For competitors, we offer a one-year warranty on our own stock only, and a one-month warranty on other purchased stock. We do not offer defect analysis.
The warranty is limited to the product price.
